    1 kg of Sirloin, cut into cube and wash
    kg Pork liempo, cut into cube
    2-3 heaping tbsp butter
    2-3 tbsp minced garlic

    1 whole onion sliced (for saut)
    2-3 potato
    1 carrot peeled and cube
    cup tomato sauce
    1cup of soy sauce
    1 can of Reno liver spread
    tsp peppercorn (pamintang buo)
    Vetsin
    1 Beef cube seasoning
    Salt
    2 pcs Red bell pepper quartered and remove the seed
    Procedure for Cooking For Mechado:

    In a pressure bring to boil beef sirloin and pork chop with onion for stewing, ground pepper corn and soy sauce . Put the fire into low when it starts to whistle and continuously cook into low fire for 45 minute. Check the meat tenderness by lifting up nozzle to remove pressure, remove pressure cooker carefully then check if the meat is tender enough, boil again if desire tenderness did not achieved and again be careful when removing pressure cooker covering. Remove tender meat at the pressure, set aside and keep beef stock for future use. In a heated pan with butter, saut garlic, until it turn to golden brown, add onion and saut for few minute. Add tender beef and patis, cover for few minute. Add potato and carrots, beef cube seasoning, pour beef stock just enough to cover the meat and vegetable, simmer until carrot and potato tender, when potato and carrot tenderized, add tomato sauce, salt to taste, red bell pepper and vetsin to balance taste. Lastly, add Reno liver spread to thicken sauce and continue mixing for one minute to avoid burning sauce at the bottom. Served newly cook Mechado while it is hot with hot steamy rice, enjoy.

    Ingredient For Cooking:

    1 whole duck, clean ( 2kg)
    1 medium size of Tomato sauce
    2-3 tbsp minced garlic
    1 whole onion sliced
    50 gram ginger
    cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 can of liver Reno spread
    1 can of Phillips Vienna sausage
    4 pcs potato, peeled and quarter
    Red bell pepper
    Cooking oil
    2-3 cups coconut cream

    Fish sauce (patis)
    Ground peppercorn

    Direction For Cooking;

    In a casserole, bring to boil Duck in a liter of water with ginger, simmer for 5 minute then drain and set aside. In a pan with cooking oil sautee garlic, onion and add Duck meat. Add Fish sauce and simmer for 5-10 minute, add 2-3 glass of water, boil and simmer for 20-40 minute until duck meat tenders, add water if needed ( 1 glass), when meat tenderize include potato, carrots. Add Tomato sauce, ground peppercorn, salt to taste, Vienna sausage and cheese. Taste and add salt if needed, include vetsin and add 2 cups of coconut cream and siling labuyo (Spicy chili) if you prefer your recipe to be hot. Add coconut cream , bring to boil until sauce thickens. Lastly add Reno liver spread to thickened sauce and add flavor. The process is same with goat meat, while for beef it is needed to tenderize the beef first before sauting and lastly for chicken the meat is directly sauted. Served this delicious Filipino recipe with hot steamy rice.

Sinigang sa miso is another popular variation of sinigang recipe, sinigang sa miso was usually cook using miso, a byproduct of soya bean when making tofu, sinigang sa miso was cook using only fish as the meat recipe, we usually use deep sea fish such as Spanish Mackerel, Red snapper, or Grouper because of its natural flavor. If you want to try this delicious Filipino soup recipe, heres how I cook it.

    Sinigang sa Miso Ingredient:

    1 kg Fish (red snapper, grouper, Spanish mackerel)
    2 bundle of mustasa (Mustard) leaves (cut into halves and washed)
    2-3 tbsp minced garlic
    1 whole onion, peeled and slice
    4-5 pcs thumbsize ginger, peeled and cut
    2-3 tbsp patis
    250 gram of tamarind fruit or 2 cube tamarind flavoring
    1 pc radish, pelled and cut diagonally
    Salt to taste
    Vetsin
    2 pcs siling pansigang
    1 cup of miso
    Cooking oil
    4 cups of water

    Sinigang sa Miso Procedure for Cooking:

    Prepare fish by removing scale, gills and gut. Wash thoroughly from running water, drain and set aside. In a heated deep pan with cooking oil, saut garlic, onion and ginger. Include miso and add patis, cover the pan and simmer for 5 minute while mixing from time to time. Add 4 cup of water and bring to boil, simmer then include tamarind fruit to soften, after 5-10 minute when tamarind fruit soften remove it from the pan and transfer into bowl, add hot broth and extract flavor by crushing using ladle, Include juice on the broth by using strainer, repeat the same process to gather enough sour flavor from tamarind. Add fish and bring to boil, simmer for another 10 minute until fish was well done. Add salt to taste, vetsin , Mustasa leaves and siling pangsigang. Served sinigang sa Miso with hot steamy rice, prepare patis with sili and calamansi juice as a flavoring, enjoy.
